At FastPayCloud, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and cloud-based services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel your service subscription or order within 30 days of the original purchase date without providing a reason.

To request a cancellation, you must submit a clear written request via email to:

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Order or invoice number

  • Date of purchase


2. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • The service has not been fully delivered, completed, or substantially performed.

  • No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred.

  • If services have already been partially delivered, FastPayCloud reserves the right to issue a partial refund proportional to the work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
  • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Custom-built, personalized, or specifically configured services.

  • Fully delivered digital services or completed projects.

  • Subscription renewals after the billing cycle has started.

  • Services suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative charges (if applicable).

4. Refund Processing
  • Once your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • No additional refund processing fees will be charged.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Subscription Services

For recurring subscriptions:

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will prevent future charges.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle unless required by law.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Account termination

  • Permanent restriction from future services
